1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The product is in resellable condition
Non-returnable items include:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and undergarments
- Accessories such as jewelry
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or altered products
2. Return Window
We accept returns within:
- 7 days of delivery for standard orders
- 48 hours for items delivered damaged or incorrect
If the return window has passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as quickly as possible.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit or Original Payment Method (depending on the nature of the issue).
- Refunds to bank/card may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Color changes
- Replacement of a defective item
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit.
6. Return Shipping
- For customer-initiated returns (e.g., size or preference changes), the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
- For incorrect or damaged items, Clothira will cover the return shipping cost.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
8. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Attach clear photos (if applicable)
- Our team will respond with return instructions within 24 hours
